Crispy Fried Chicken
Making crispy fried chicken is not to hard.  There are some basic rules to follow. Your chicken must be dry, water in the deep fryer is not good.  Your breading must be seasoned, and do not put cold chicken into a hot deep fryer.  Bring chicken up to room temp, and the oil will not cool down to much.
